Aleah Loney
I am an Associate Program Officer at the Internet Society Foundation. I began working at the Foundation in January 2024. I come to this role with over a decade of experience in program management, grant-making, capacity strengthening, strategic partnerships, and community development.
Before joining the Foundation, I supported diverse organizations start, sustain, and scale social enterprises. Prior to that, I led multiple large-scale international health programs including a fellowship program for clinicians and an external quality assessment program for laboratories. I have extensive experience designing and leading capacity-building and training sessions for global audiences.
In my free time, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, riding my bike, volunteering in a local community kitchen, hiking, or enjoying live music. I am fluent in English and French and am always looking to improve my Spanish skills!
