Making the most of the Internet Society Foundation Grant Announcement Process
Public Announcement
The Internet Society Foundation publishes a news release for each new grant cohort along with a list of all the projects we fund on our website.
If you are publishing your own news release, and would like to include a quote from us, please contact us at [email protected]. Please be sure to use the Internet Society Foundation boilerplate in your press releases.
Tell Us What You’re Doing
Think of the Internet Society Foundation as a partner in publicizing your funded project. We’d like to know if you produce a publication, host an event, or do anything else significant as part of grant activities. Let us know about recent news coverage, or photos or videos from your project.

Submitting Photos
We encourage you to submit images of your community’s involvement with your project. They may be included in on our website, or on our social channels. Images should be 2,000 pixels or higher. Please include a caption and credit information (who took the images), as well as a completed photo release form. Email them to [email protected].
Grantee Spotlights
We regularly feature the various grant projects we support through our newsletter and in featured stories on our website. These spotlights feature links to the grantee’s website, project photos, and contact information for the project director contact person. If you would like to be considered for a Grantee Spotlight, please contact us at [email protected].
